We are looking for a dedicated and professional Insurance Assistant to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Broker Assistant / New Business & Servicing Administrator, you will handle various administrative tasks related to Long & Short Term Insurance, Medical Aid, Banking, and Investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks for new business and servicing, including client signatures, submissions, and document arrangements.
- Handle compliance documentation and online uploads.
- Assist financial advisors with quotes, compliance, and medical bookings.
- Respond to client enquiries and requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar administrative role.
- Essential experience in the insurance industry.
- Self-starter with strong initiative.
- Loyal and committed with a company first mentality.
- Must have own transport and maintain sober habits.
