About the Role

MPRTC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Consultant – Steel to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth within the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently
• Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure to achieve sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a sales or internal sales role
• Experience within the steel or related industrial sector advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Experience working on ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive approach
