Job Summary
We are seeking reliable Control Room Operators (ages 25 to 45) to join our specialized security service team. The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring security signal events, administering responses, and maintaining accurate reports in a control room environment. Key
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage security signal events (alarms, CCTV, etc.).Log, file, and report incidents and security events using computer systems (especially Excel).Coordinate security personnel and ensure timely responses during incidents.Maintain an organized computer filing system for security data.Communicate effectively with management, authorities, and security teams.Handle all security-related information and reports with strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 (NQF level 4).PSIRA registered (minimum Grade C).Strong computer literacy (especially Excel) and good report writing skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Must be able to work shifts and extended hours as required.Sober habits and a professional work ethic.Age 25 to 45 years old.Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive information.Application Instructions:To apply, send your CV, PSIRA registration Certificate, and relevant qualifications to Trinity Protection
