About the Role
Objective Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Boksburg. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing the company’s finances, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Sage Pastel Partner software, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage staff effectively.

- Load Weekly bank payments & Creditors
- Capture STT Cashbook
- Salaries
- VAT
- PAYE Anderbolt Accounts & Payments – Ekurhuleni & VAT
- Send out Agents Commissions & Rebate figures
- Load Agents Commissions & Rebate payments
- Monthly salary payments – Prov Fund, Garnishee’s, Union Fees & Policies
- Reconcilation of Bank Accounts – STT, Salary, Call Account, Allan Gray & Bidvest
- Upkeep of FAR & processing of monthly Depreciation journals Check Creditor’s payment schedule
- WCA Submission (Dept of Labour)
- Skills & Equity reporting for Novas
- Stats SA submissions
- Year End Balance Sheet Recons
- Petty Cash – receipts, payments & balancing
- Imports – orders, payments, costings & capturing
- Supplier’s Credit Applications
- Staff personnel files & filing
- Roll over Pastel periods
- Additions/Removals & Claims for Insurance
- Input yearly Budgets & compile spreadsheet
- Staff loans & recoveries
- Staff IRP5’s & eFiling submissions
- Cross Border incoming payments (Forex)
