About the Role
Objective Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Boksburg. As a Sage Pastel Partner experience holder, you will be responsible for managing financial aspects of our business and ensuring timely and accurate payments. With a strong background in Excel and Pastel Payroll, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our finance department.

- Share Buy Back payment
- Weekly Banking Report
- Wages
- Load Weekly bank payments & Creditors
- Capture STT Cashbook
- Salaries
- VAT
- PAYE Anderbolt Accounts & Payments – Ekurhuleni & VAT
- Send out Agents Commissions & Rebate figures
- Load Agents Commissions & Rebate payments
- Monthly salary payments – Prov Fund, Garnishee’s, Union Fees & Policies
- Reconcilliation of Bank Accounts – STT, Salary, Call Account, Allan Gray & Bidvest
- Upkeep of FAR & processing of monthly Depreciation journals Check Creditor’s payment schedule
- WCA Submission (Dept of Labour)
- Skills & Equity reporting for Novas
- Stats SA submissions
- Year End Balance Sheet Recons
- Petty Cash – receipts, payments & balancing
- Imports – orders, payments, costings & capturing
- Supplier’s Credit Applications
- Staff personnel files & filing
- Roll over Pastel periods
- Additions/Removals & Claims for Insurance
- Input yearly Budgets & compile spreadsheet
- Staff loans & recoveries
- Staff IRP5’s & eFiling submissions
- Cross Border incoming payments (Forex)
