Job Summary
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Handle Telephonic Orders,
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email and web platforms
- Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer needs
- Drawing up Quotations and do follow-ups on quotations send
- Completing Job Cards
- General Office Duties
- Establish and Maintain relationships with Individuals and Business customers and assist with problems these customers may encounter.
- Internal Sales Support
- Adhere to the procedures and standard work regarding records and stock to ensure safekeeping
- Review collection reports to determine the status of collections to advise customers for collection.
- Provide employees with support in handling problems or resolving escalated complaints or disputes
- Discuss and Identify workflow problems to improve and resolve processes
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and Industry development
Requirements:
- Matric + relevant trade or business diploma
- 3+ years in internal sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office essential, ACCPAC an advantage)
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves
- Valid driver’s license
