Requirements:
Qualifications and SkillsGrade 12CompTIA A+ and N+ certificate Tertiary qualification with information technology will be an advantage. Experience: Proven ability to interface with technical professionals.Experience in technical customer support will be an advantage.Programming and databaseDutiesValidate and clarify the issue described in ticketsEnsure what the user is describing is “real” and not a misunderstanding or user errorsAnswer all how-to questions.Fix all end-user issues that are resolvable through the Learning Management System User Interface (UI)For simple bugs, reproduce and document reproduction steps before escalatingDrive continuous improvement in the quality of products and servicesDesired SkillsMaintaining a sharp level of attention to detailMust have a strong customer service mindset; prior experience in a customer service role is advantageousGood troubleshooting skills (Reasoning and logical thinking).Behavior Competencies Work successfully independently and as part of a team.Interface with customers and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.CLOSING DATE: 27 July 2023Candidates who have not been contacted within six weeks of the closing date can assume that their application has been unsuccessfulShould you meet the above mentioned, please forward your update CV to: Yellotec
