About the Role
Our client is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A welcoming attitude and enthusiasm for developing one’s human capacity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Develop and implement processes to improve overall efficiency
Requirements
- Matric with Maths Literacy
- Understanding of Geometry
- Competent mental arithmetic skills
- MS Office literate
- PABX systems competent
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage (not essential)
