Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES: Production planning and execution Irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pesticides management All relevant recordkeeping and administration pertaining to production The effective management of the total human resources component REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years experience in a production position A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work proactively and autonomous We are searching for a trustworthy, mature individual who can take full ownership of the position.
