About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator/PA to join our team at Della Martina Recruiting in Braamfontein, Gauteng. As the first point of contact for the MD, you will be responsible for handling a range of administrative tasks while providing exceptional support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR databases, staff records, and personnel files.
  • Schedule interviews, manage CVs, coordinate new hire paperwork, and assist with orientation logistics.
  • Answer employee questions about policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Update HR documents, draft internal communications (newsletters), and maintain employee handbooks.
  • Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring the principal is prepared.
  • Act as the first point of contact, filter calls/emails, respond to inquiries, draft correspondence, and take minutes.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and transportation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, manage databases, handle filing, order supplies, and manage office logistics.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for meetings or projects.
