Minimum 3 years’ quantity surveying experience A proven track record in meeting project deadlines Working knowledge of Health & Safety Act Estimating and cost engineering of contruction services and works Working knowledge of QS Plus and similar software Good organisation skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling Strong analytical skills Good verbal and written communication skills
