About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Technician to join our team at Brackenfell, responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing high-pressure cleaning equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide excellent customer support, ensure reliable performance, and deliver timely on-site service calls.

Key Responsibilities

Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of high-pressure cleaning equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain accurate service records

Requirements

Matric or similar certification
A proven track-record in a similar technical role (water purification, solar, compressor repair industry)
Technical aptitude or experience with equipment repairs
Highly motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls
