Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tourism/travel call centre or reservations
• Valid RSA ID
• Drivers License beneficial, or access to reliable transport
• Have excellent administration skills and be able to manage all tasks pertaining to reservations.
• Be computer literate and have working knowledge of PMS systems – Nebula, eRes, Opera
• Have a good command of the English language – verbal and written
• Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
• Work well under pressure and have good problem solving skills
• Be a team player and work well in an office environment
