About the Role
The Recruitment People is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our client’s team in Burgersfort, Limpopo. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving financial decisions and ensuring the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Preparation of annual financial statements.
- Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Conduct financial reviews and review of balance sheet accounts.
- Manage company cash flow.
- Interact with auditors and respond to Internal and external audit queries.
- Interpretation of operating results, making specific recommendations resulting in cost reductions and profit improvements for Executive Management Evaluation and consideration.
Requirements
- BCom Accounting or Equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience
- 3+ years managerial experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Completion of a recognized accounting certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA)
