Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Actively prospect and generate leads to grow sales pipeline Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally to potential buyers Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability Manage the full sales process from first contact to vehicle delivery Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions Minimum Requirements: Proven, traceable sales track record (must be able to provide commission statements) Stable employment history with consistent performance Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team Valid drivers license and clear criminal record
