Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business/Office Administration Trainer with SETA accreditation to deliver high-quality training and development programs focused on office management, administrative functions, and workplace efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate training, a strong understanding of modern administrative tools, and best practices, especially in hybrid workplace environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver accredited training programs for employees on office administration, management practices, and workplace efficiency.Ensure that all training programs meet SETA accreditation standards and compliance requirements.Assess the training needs of employees and tailor content to meet the specific requirements of the organization.Provide hands-on training in modern administrative tools and software.Offer guidance and coaching on hybrid workplace management, including remote and in-office workflows.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in office administration and corporate training.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or HR.SETA accreditation and experience delivering SETA-accredited training programs.Proven experience in corporate training or professional development.Strong knowledge of hybrid workplace management and remote work best practices.Familiarity.
