The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction and to market and promote the business.

• The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business)
• Management of a sales team
• Attending career expo’s
• Lecturer management
• Operations management
• Facilities management
• Ensuring OHS

The ideal candidate has/Requirements:

• 3-year qualification in Business or Management / Sales & Marketing.
• Proven previous sales management skills
• Previous management experience
• Is considered a ‘driver’
• At least 3 – 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company;

Salary:

• R480 000
• Plus commission
