Job Ad Accounts and Admin Controller (Turnkey365 Villa Marketing & Management) Position: Accounts and Admin Controller Location: Camps Bay, Cape Town Company: Turnkey365 Villa Marketing & Management Turnkey365 is a leading villa marketing and management company specialising in luxury short-term rentals across Cape Town. We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Accounts and Admin Controller to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial administration, accurate record-keeping, and effective support for management across operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day financial administration, including capturing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, payments, and expenses. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist with VAT submissions, tax compliance, and preparation of audit documentation. Provide regular financial and operational reporting to management. Maintain accurate company records, contracts, and filing systems. Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies. Support payroll administration and HR record-keeping. Liaise with external stakeholders (suppliers, auditors, banks, SARS, etc.) when required. Assist the Operations Director and management team with administrative and operational projects. Requirements Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 35 years experience in financial administration, office management, or similar. Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential) and accounting software Proficiency in Xero Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Experience in the hospitality, property, or real estate industry is advantageous. Personal Attributes Professional; reliable, and ethical. Proactive; solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach.
