Job Summary
Experienced Bookkeeper Wanted Join a Dynamic, Fast-Paced Team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Full-Spectrum Accounting: Manage all accounts up to Trial Balance, ensuring accuracy and seamless financial operations.
-
Debtors & Creditors Oversight: Handle collections, process payments, and perform account reconciliations.
-
SARS Compliance: Ensure all PAYE payments, reports, and filings are accurate and up to date.
-
Payroll & HR Support: Administer salaries, maintain employee records (including leave and U19 forms).

Balance Sheet Analysis: Conduct detailed reviews to ensure transactions are accurate and accounts are reconciled.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and assist with managing payments across multiple entities (including loans).

Asset Register Management: Keep the companys asset records accurate and updated.

Model Support: Regularly meet with models/talent to explain payslips and address any outstanding payments.

Work Schedule:

Hours: MondayFriday
9:00 AM 6:00 PM (OctoberMarch)
9:00 AM 5:00 PM (AprilSeptember) -
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
Who Were Looking For:
-
At least 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
-
Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred), and experience using Sage Payroll and SARS platforms.
-
Must be based in Cape Townthis is a full-time, in-office role located in the city center.
-
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and email). Bonus if youve got strong QuickBooks experience.
-
Exceptionally organized and detail-orientedable to handle large volumes of data, reconciliations, and ensure accounts are always in order.
