Key Responsibilities (KPI’s)

• Assist with onboarding and support for Vitality Drive, Vitality and Vitality money members
  
• Coordinate communications (emails, SMS,etc.) to boost engagement
  
• Track member activity and engagement metrics
  
• Support issue resolution and respond to member queries
  
• Maintain and update relevant programme data and reports
  
• Assist with campaign roll-outs and event logistics
  
• Liaise with internal teams for programme support and improvements
  

Requirements

• Grade 12 and higher qualification
  
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
  
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with working with CRM systems, Excel and online platforms
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  
• Passion for wellness, health, and behaviour-change programmes
