REQUIREMENTS Matric, or relevant qualification Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 4 years experience in accounting or admin (hospitality/retail preferred) Proficiency in Pastel, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks Strong computer skills Strong Excel and reporting skills High level of attention to detail Excellent time management skills Knowledge of POS systems, VAT, and PAYE compliance is advantageous Hours: Monday Friday | 09:00 16:30 DUTIES Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile daily cash-ups Manage suppliers and supplier invoices, petty cash, and payments Administration relating to POS systems Support the payroll process and general payroll administration Generate reports, and monthly management accounts Oversee VAT and PAYE compliance where necessary Oversee office administration, contracts, and compliance documents Assist with procurement and stock control placing orders, receiving, checking stock Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
