Job Specification Admin Manager (Site Administration) Recruiter: Midvaal Recruitment Location: Caledon (±85 km from Cape Town) Reference: MID631 Employment Type Project-based contract linked to a 3-year operational contract , with possible extension. Salary R6,000 – R9,000 per month (Negotiable) Role Overview Midvaal Recruitment is seeking a Site Admin Manager for our client to support site operations through effective administration, wage processing, documentation management, and compliance with health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage the Excel wage book Process and submit wage-related documentation Maintain and organise administrative and operational records Capture and update staffing information Draft and prepare work-related documentation Order and monitor site supplies and stock levels Maintain health and safety documentation Assist with general site administration and reporting Ensure accurate record keeping for operational compliance Minimum Requirements South African citizen Clear criminal record Previous administration experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Good organisational and document management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment Attention to detail and strong communication skills Benefits Funeral cover for immediate family Disability cover Study insurance Provident fund (subject to company policy)
