Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical Architectural expertise in a fast-paced environment Interact with various project stakeholders Architectural design, documentation, and project delivery Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional standards Requirements: Degree in Architecture Professional Architect (SACAP registered), or eligible for registration within the next three months NOT negotiable 8 years proven experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of building services and new development projects Excellent inter-personal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans to effectively participate in bilingual meetings Sound knowledge of various design software packages including AutoCAD, Archicad and Revit Young, dynamic and keen to grow with the company Must be living in Cape Town or be prepared to relocate to Cape Town Must have own transport with valid driver’s license, prepared to travel to construction sites as may be required Must be medically fit and willing to work on construction sites Remuneration Salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications, registration status, and post-qualification experience. Lucrative income potential based on performance, including a performance-based bonus structure.
