About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing high-quality finishes on residential and commercial developments. Our clients include High Rise Developments, as well as Residential Apartments and Houses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all finishing trades (tiling, painting, carpentry, joinery, etc.)
  • Quality control and snag management
  • Coordinating subcontractors and timelines
  • Ensuring premium finishes and attention to detail

Requirements

  • 5 years of finishing foreman experience
  • Strong eye for detail and quality
  • Experience on residential estates or high-end developments
  • Excellent coordination and people-management skills
