About the Role
The digital campaign manager (performance media) is responsible for the hands-on management and optimisation of performance campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Build, launch, and optimise campaigns, ensuring pacing, delivery, and performance align with client KPIs. This is a data-driven role that requires technical understanding, attention to detail, and a love for performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage multi-platform performance campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Smartly, and Google)
- Execute daily and weekly optimisations to maximise performance and budget efficiency
- Perform QA checks on campaign setups, targeting, creative pairing, and naming conventions
- Track pacing, budget, and performance against client KPIs
- Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly reports, including data commentary and insight
- Identify trends and propose testing and optimisation strategies to improve results
- Collaborate with pod managers and junior campaign managers to maintain workflow and reporting accuracy
- Ensure consistent use of processes, naming conventions, and QA frameworks
Requirements
- 35 years experience managing performance campaigns in a digital agency environment
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager (essential)
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Smartly (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery metrics, audience targeting, and optimisation logic
- Confident analysing performance data and presenting insights
