Job Summary

As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing technical expertise to support our sales efforts. You will work closely with our engineering and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our business objectives. Key

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the defense industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and customer needs. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns. Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field) or equivalent experience. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as required.
