Requirements:
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Strong reading and writing skills (Matric Certificate). Basic mathematical proficiency to calculate and measure ratios of liquid components. Punctual, committed, and hard-working. Positive, can-do attitude. Capacity to thrive under deadline pressure. Previous composite fabrication experience is advantageous but not essential. Drone pilot`s qualification is an advantage, though not required. Spray painting skills are advantageous, but not required. Fluency in Afrikaans is preferred, especially for younger speakers, but not essential. Ability to work effectively in a small team.
