Cape Town City Centre: Construction Manager (Building)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in managing multiple and complex medium to large scale building projects (SACPCMP registration is highly advantageous). You will have a proven track record in managing construction site operations, quality assurance, HSE, procurement per project, as well as subcontractor management. You will be well presented and articulate in order to communicate effectively to staff, clients and contractors. You will have a successful track record in completing high quality workmanship, within budget and deadlines. Proficiency in Advanced MS Office and CCS Candy/Buildsmart essential.
