The primary purpose of this role is to transport Independent Contractors to their appointments while also fulfilling a sales function. This role is essential for achieving our new business targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. As we continue to expand, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Sales Consultant who are ready to take their careers to new heights and be part of the driving force behind our mission. Qualifications and experience required; • Matric/Grade 12 essential. • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the financial or insurance sector. • A valid driver’s license and PDP is mandatory, • Must be tech-savvy and computer literate. • You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: • Transport Independent Contractors to and from their appointments. • Engage in direct sales activities to generate new business. • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities. • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
