Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS Paralegal certification, degree in paralegal studies or related qualification Minimum three yearsâ?? work experience Excellent computer proficiency, legal research and investigative skills Strong understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Independent worker who can exercise discretion and good judgment Excellent organization skill, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills DUTIES Draft legal agreements, assist with execution of agreements. Maintain a database of company legal documentations and other legal activities Provide support for the legal team Support and perform research on legal topics Assist general counsel on corporate governance matters Assist in legal projects to improve efficiency and transparency within the department and to internal clients Assists with special projects as assigned
