About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Somerset West, supporting our executive with daily operations and administrative tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our business functions, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and manage schedules, meetings, flights, accommodation, and VISAs.
  • Manage HR administration including overtime, unpaid leave, sick leave, and annual leave.
  • Handle various administrative duties such as managing files and paperwork.
  • Provide urgent administrative support to ensure high workload management.

Requirements

  • Experience in comprehensive diary management and travel coordination including VISAs.
  • Experience in managing basic HR administrative tracking such as leave and overtime.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle paperwork and file management efficiently.
  • Ability to manage a high workload and provide urgent administrative support.

Salary & Benefits
