Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling product enquiries, specifications, quotations, and order processing. Provide expert advice on Diesel automotive components to support customer needs and boost sales. Manage order follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate product inventory and update records regularly. Assist customers professionally, addressing queries and offering fast solutions. Keep the customer service area clean and welcoming during downtime. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric certificate 3-5 years experience in the automotive industry, specifically with Diesel parts sales or support Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills
