About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PrQS/Candidate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Cape Town City Centre. As part of our construction sector, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management, commercial advisory, and contract administration services across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Capex Viability studies
  • Project Cost Estimates
  • Project Cash-flow Forecasts and update
  • Prepare Contract Tenders
  • Monthly payment certificates
  • Review and evaluate claims and additional work orders
  • Final Accounts with Sub-contractors
  • Final Accounts with clients
  • Monthly cost reports

Requirements

  • BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Win QS Dim X certification
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Strong skills in commercial management, contract administration, and financial analysis

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Quantity Surveying (BSc/BTech)
