Employer Description This is an architecture company doing retail and residential projects Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Assist senior architects by performing preliminary research, brainstorming ideas, and providing input on designs Create detailed drawings, proposals, and other documents related to designs and construction Help gather client requirements, answer questions, provide updates, and communicate with contractors about project status Assist in preparing and presenting materials to clients Work with other members of the project team Conduct site visits to assess requirements and monitor construction Perform site analysis and gather data Research and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards Qualifications Matric Degree/Diploma in Architecture Skills Minimum 3 years experience in architecture post registration Proficient in Revit
