A degree in Industrial Engineeringbecause someone needs to be the Less Grinchy around here, and it sure isnt me Minimum 5 years building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines that slurp data from IoT meters, SCADA systems, and those dreadfully cheerful financial platforms Experience crafting relational and non-relational databases/data warehouses robust enough to survive an avalanche off Mount Crumpit The ability to build APIs and integrations so smooth they might actually make me smile. (Dont get used to it.)
