Job Summary
Responsibilities:
– Debtors: Process invoices, reconcile statements, follow up on payments, and provide top-notch customer service. – Creditors: Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong supplier relationships. – General Accounting Duties : Assist with month-end reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements:
– Experience in a similar finance role (Debtors/Creditors). – Proficiency in Xero accounting software and Microsoft Excel. – Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. – Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
