Job Summary

Are you a detail-driven logistics professional with a passion for precision and performance? We’re looking for a dynamic Outbound Inventory Manager to lead our outbound inventory operations with excellence, accuracy, and efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate dispatch of goods to our valued customers while driving process improvements, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining operational integrity across all outbound inventory activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full outbound inventory lifecycle to ensure prompt and precise product dispatch Supervise and develop a skilled team of inventory specialists, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability Design and implement innovative process improvements to reduce errors, enhance efficiency, and meet operational goals Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to ensure smooth workflows Analyze inventory data and generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols Utilize inventory management systems to monitor stock levels and control movement with precision Resolve discrepancies and issues swiftly, applying advanced problem-solving skills Achieve and report on KPIs and SLAs consistently Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 5–8 years of progressive experience in outbound inventory management within the logistics industry Proven success in process optimization and achieving performance targets Deep understanding of inventory control, logistics operations, and supply chain best practices Required Competencies Strong leadership and team development abilities Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in inventory management software and systems Advanced analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and generating reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving capabilities
