Job Summary

Previous experience as a Fabric Administrator within the clothing/textile industry will be advantageous Working experience on Palladium, Pastel & Excel is recommended Strong administration and organisational skills are required with high attention to detail Orders receiving of delivery notes of fabrics ensure receipt of purchase orders – creating GRN on Palladium Stock Fabric capture meterage of fabric on Excel ensure all administration processes are followed and captured finally on Palladium Stock Take printing of barcodes Fabric Quality check where the fabric came from and create new quality descriptions accordingly check pricing and change accordingly on Palladium Fabric Store returning and debiting of fabric sales that have been sold and invoiced for monthly sales print all invoices from Pastel reconcile returns and debits Fabric recons on Pastel PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN A WORD FORMAT INCLUDING A PHOTO.
