Finance Business partner oversees financial operations, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee the organization’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning. Analyze financial data to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of financial services. This includes line management of finance officers and other support staff. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance and trends. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that the organization adheres to governance and compliance requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support business development, funding applications, and project management. Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams.
