Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team of 10 professionals. Review and sign off financial statements, reconciliations, and technical outputs with pinpoint accuracy. Redesign accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency across the team. Interpret large datasets, blockchain-based financial information, and ensure accurate reporting across multiple clients. Build reporting frameworks, strengthen controls, and standardize processes. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification (essential). 5 years post-articles, ideally as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager. Direct experience with crypto/digital asset accounting a must. Advanced proficiency with digital asset accounting tools (Cryptio, Tres, Entendre), ERP systems, systems integration, high technical accuracy, and strong analytical ability.
