Duties: Oversee group financial reporting, consolidations , and compliance with IFRS and JSE requirements – Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles for multiple entities – Partner with the CFO and EXCO on financial strategy, forecasting, and performance insights – Lead and develop a high-performing finance team , fostering accuracy and accountability – Ensure strong internal controls, governance, and financial systems across the group – Support external audit processes and statutory reporting obligations – Drive process improvements and implement best practices across finance functions Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: – CA(SA) essential Experience: – Minimum 25 years post-articles experience in a group reporting or consolidations role – Experience within a JSE-listed environment essential – Proven ability to lead and mentor teams – Strong technical IFRS knowledge and consolidations experience – Academically strong with analytical and problem-solving ability Skills & Competencies: High attention to detail and technical excellence – Strategic mindset with strong operational discipline – Excellent communication and leadership skills – Ability to thrive under pressure in a deadline-driven environment – Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
