About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Group FP&A Systems Specialist to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our finance team, you will lead the implementation of a new Group FP&A and reporting platform, driving optimization and automation of reporting processes across the Group. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless system integration, expert guidance on system design, configuration, and best-practice FP&A workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full end-to-end implementation of a new Group FP&A and reporting platform
- Drive optimisation and automation of reporting processes across the Group
- Act as the link between finance and technology, ensuring seamless system integration
- Provide expert guidance on system design, configuration, and best-practice FP&A workflows
- Leverage a deep understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and analysis to enhance data accuracy, visibility, and reporting efficiency for key stakeholders
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a systems implementation or FP&A role
- Proven experience implementing systems and streamlining processes
- Strong business, commercial and finance acumen
