About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Projects to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple monthly projects with tight budgets and timelines, working closely with contractors and on-site operations teams. You will have the opportunity to travel to sites across Cape Town, handling niche small projects while working on multiple sites simultaneously. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in Afrikaans and English, with a strong background in construction/building maintenance.

Requirements
- Relevant B-degree
- Min 5-7 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing multiple monthly projects
- Experience managing contractors, on-site operations essential as well as construction/building maintenance essential
- Will be travelling to sites across CT
- Well versed in Afrikaans and English
Qualifications
- Relevant B-degree from an accredited institution
Salary & Benefits
R1.2M R1.3M C.T.C. per annum excluding bonus and travel reimbursement
