About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Home Loan Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for generating leads and building a strong referral network to help clients secure their dream homes. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a strong referral network
- Guide clients through the home loan application process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain excellent client relationships
Requirements
- 23 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
- Own a reliable vehicle & valid drivers license
- Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R15,000
- Settling-In Allowance: R10,000 (Months 13), R6,000 (Month 4), R4,000 (Month 5), R3,000 (Month 6)
- Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
