Cape Town City Centre: Hotel Night Auditor

Job Description: ITC Hospitality Group is a fast-growing CBD-based and privately owned property letting and management company that has been in the industry for 20 years. The Company currently represents 4 and 5-star graded and serviced apartments located within the Cape Town CBD, Foreshore and De Waterkant areas. We are currently recruiting for an energetic, well-organised Night Auditor. Key Responsibilities: Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks Reconcile accounts Balance the cash drawer and log receipts Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts Keep accurate financial records and ledgers Help prepare for forecasts and audits Requirements: Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry Experience with accounting and facilities management software Excellent math skills An eye for detail Good problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills The ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Availability to work overnight Preferred Qualifications: Grade 12/Matric certificate Tertiary qualification is advantageous 2 years of experience in a similar role Benefits : Competitive salary Professional development opportunities Application Details:
