About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level HR Business Partner to join a leading national retail team on a 6-month contract based in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who is immediately available and ready to add value in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and compliance
  • Support recruitment and workforce planning
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance on labour law and HR best practices

Requirements

  • 4 years experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
  • Strong generalist HR experience
  • Retail experience essential
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Fashion Retail industry experience
  • Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation
  • Proven ability to support operational teams and drive HR initiatives
