Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full HR function across multiple sites and projects. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance aligned with construction industry standards. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management for site-based and office staff. Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and labour law compliance. Drive training, development, and performance management initiatives.
