About the Role

We are seeking a practical and detail-oriented Production Administrator to support operations and ensure accurate information flow between the factory floor and office. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and maintain accurate daily production data
  • Assist with issuing and closing job cards/work orders
  • Track purchase orders and supplier deliveries
  • Support stock and materials administration
  • Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain operational spreadsheets and simple reporting dashboards
  • Ensure alignment between physical production activity and system records
  • Support communication between departments and the Process Manager

Requirements

  • 24 years experience in a production, logistics, procurement, or manufacturing environment
  • Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both on the shop floor and in the office
  • Basic Excel proficiency
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Manufacturing experience will be advantageous (not specified as required)
