Job Description

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level IT Technician with hands-on cloud experience to support, maintain, and improve our Client’s IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. Location: Bantry Bay, Cape Town Required Skills & Experience IT Qualification/Certification is essential 2–4 years’ experience in an IT support or technician role Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs) Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Good problem-solving and communication skills Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues Manage and maintain cloud-based systems (e.g. Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Support user access, security, and backups Assist with system upgrades, migrations, and documentation
