Employer Description Food Manufacturer Job Description My client is looking for a person to strategically lead and manage the full HR function of the company. overall responsible for: Industrial Relations, Human Relations, Payroll and Timekeeping and Corporate Governance and Ethics including POPIA, Anti-Bribery, Anti-slavery and so on. Must have a thorough knowledge of BCEA, LRA and the EE Act. The successful incumbent will also lead and strategise transformation within the company and fully oversee Talent Management within the company. I am looking for a dynamic, active person, not someone managing from a desk. Qualifications MUST HAVE a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent coupled with at least 6 years experience as a senior HR Professional operating at EXCO level. Post-graduate qualifications extremely advantageous. Skills Dynamic and active person who is strategically inclined and gets along with people at all levels. Salary/Package R780k Benefits Performance Bonus equivalent of up to 30% of annual package.
