About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mid Brand Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Digital Experience: Manage and optimize our website alongside our agency, ensuring it delivers an exceptional user journey
- Master Search: Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic
- Lead Social Engagement: Create and manage innovative social campaigns that build our community and align with our brand voice across global markets
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with international teams to localize strategies and maintain a cohesive brand presence
- Create with Purpose: Brief and collaborate with creatives to develop engaging content for all digital channels
- Analyze & Optimize: Track performance metrics, derive insights, and continuously refine our digital approach for maximum impact
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor degree
- 4-6 years of comprehensive digital marketing experience; background in premium consumer goods/skincare is highly valued
- Hands-on skills in website management, SEO, and social media strategy
- Expertise in using analytics and reporting tools
- Outstanding project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- A keen design sensibility and understanding of the digital customer experience
- Familiarity with AI in marketing is a welcome advantage
